Our business is family run. We focus mainly on the home computer user and the small business owner. We are very committed to "after care" for all our clients and are available to provide support over phone, in person or via email.
Our clients know they can call us about their purchased or repaired products for advice or suggestions. We want them to be satisfied with what ever service they have received. The better informed they are, the better they can maintain their computers and enjoy computing, not just having to get a job done.
We love computing ourselves and have varied interests such as multimedia presentations, digital photography and videography so we have invaluable resources to share with our interested clients. If you need a digital camera set up, we will take the time to show you how to work it, how to download your images and how to manage them. We always go that extra little bit not found in any big box store. If you buy a piece of hardware from us, we will install and set it up no charge.
Payment and Terms:
We accept cash or cheque, either is quite fine. We do not have Interac or Credit Card - they are very convenient but help to drive up the cost of anyone doing business. We prefer to keep our overhead costs down any way we can and pass those savings on to our valued clients. We do accept any credit card cheque. Payment is due when services are rendered.
