Technical support can be provided by telephone, which is a billable service.
A service call is a visit to your home or office to do the work, or a pick-up and drop off the computer for repair. You can also drop off/pickup your computer to avoid the charge for a service call. We prefer to do larger jobs in our workshop, allowing us to be flexible on the hours and ensuring we have all the resources needed to properly complete the repairs.
Our shop rate for most services is $45.00/hr - this can vary for certain problems depending on their complexity. A price will always be quoted before work is done. Written quotes for systems are also available.
We sell printers and hard disks etc. If you don't see what you need, we give you a price and then order the product from our reliable distributors. Orders received by noon will reach Orillia by the next day at noon.
